Most of seafarers comes after completing (5) years from Myanmar Marine University and (2)years from Myanmar Mercantile Marine College approved by the Government: Union of Myanmar. Many reputed ship owners/managers are in agreement with Myanmar Marine University and Myanmar Mercantile Marine College for inducting our Cadets yearly. Most of seafarers possess CoC issued by Myanmar Marine department some are holding with Singapore COC.
These Officers / Crews are young, healthy, very much trustworthy, non smoking and alcohol free. Having good working experience on international voyages with mixed crew. Having wide expose to all reputed ship owners and managers across the globe like Raffles Ship Management Services(Singapore),Maximus Marine(Singapore),Maersk Line (Singapore) ,Wah Kwong Ship Management (Hong Kong), BSM, PIL, World Tanker , many more reputed Shipping companies around the globe.
Through out the employment of the seafarers, we monitor the seafarers service on board. We also effectively pre plan and organize crew changes and relievers, and keep closed touch with our seafarers on leave and maintain readiness for rejoining. As of now our crew and officer retaining rate is 90% to 95% .
Mandatory Training:
We are affiliated with Myanmar Excellent Star Training Centre (MES ), Myanmar Govt: approved training Centre in Yangon , www.myanmarexcellentstars.com. Our M&T pool all seafarers taking various courses in time to time as per Owner’s/Ship managers advice and to upgrade themselves up to world class seafarers and in compliances with STCW + ISM Code a) Safety and competence training b) Course accreditation by local authorities and Flag State c ) Training courses designed to meet and exceed latest industry trends & standards d) Simulator-based and classroom training e) Ship-, trade-and owner-specific courses f) Performance management tools to identify individual training needs g) Training matrix specific to ship types and ranks.

For the time being all of Myanmar Seafarers are not require to comply Social Security requirement such as contribute pension/medical etc.

- 7.After clear for above submitted CV to Crewing Dept to get management approval.
- 8.Arranged the interview(By Skype/Wechat) from management.
- 9.Once owner approved that we are sending our joint training center to conduct the proper training
- 10.Then apply the Pre Employment Medical Examination and apply the require COE for flag state (if any).
